You must have time to spend in this store. They have racks of clothing that have been returned from major department stores. Some things have tears and stains but if you look really well and go on the right days you can find great deals.
It is free to get on their VIP mailing list and you will get flyers telling you when the sales are going to be. They always put out new clothes on Weds. so that is usually the best day to go, but it will also be the busiest.
What to buy:
They have all kinds of clothes. I just bought some really nice dress clothes, they have great formal dresses, and dont forget to check out the shoes.
What to pay:
A lot less than you would in the department stores.

This is another shop that has prices lower than department stores. They have some really great stylish clothing for a good price. I mean some of the stuff is still a little high but much cheaper than if you bought it at the original store. The have all the name brands like Express, Ralph Lauren, Coach, Rampage, etc.
What to buy:
They have everything clothing, jewerly, shoes, kids clothes, toys, undergarments, mens clothing, housewares, bedding, international food, etc.
What to pay:
Expect to pay department store sale prices everyday.
