When I asked the gal at Holiday Inn where to eat, she told me that the Mint was the only place to go. When I walked into the place the first things I noticed was the feel of the place, the old fashioned bar, and the smell of sizzling beef. There was a cross section of people from preppy tourists and grizzled old ranchers, to fishermen and people who looked like college professors, and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves very much.

She was right. It was the best steak I think I have ever eaten! Of course the perfectly chilled martini and the glass of Cabernet helped a lot. I did not try one of the great looking desserts this trip, but, I'll be back.

Favorite Dish: The huge T bone which is usually served for 2, also the crisp and cold lettuce wedge with lots of blue cheese dressing.
It was expensive and worth it, although I saw some people eating some great looking bugers.
