Every year just after branding, there is a great festival of eating rocky mountain oysters. Time to let your hair down and get a bit rowdy. Now for you city folk who do not know what a rocky mountain oyster is, it is a cooked bulls ball taken from the calves at branding time to make them into steers. If you can get past knowing what it is, they are good eating.
