This is the motto of the owner Chris. He studies food and is happy to talk about it. Many of the simple things are made from scratch, rather than purchased. He makes the ranch dressing and pancake batter for breakfast from scratch. He is working on making blue cheese next. The meats are his specialty. He has done butchering and smoking for a long time. Then there is the bread pudding, a real surprise that I do not want to give away, it must be tried.
It was fun to see the enthusiasm he has. This BBQ is one of only 3 attached to a truck stop in the US. The truckers are talking about it also. Some of the truckers have told him that they have heard about this place as far away as Florida, if they are talking about it that far away, know this has good food.
Ok, so in Montana we have about an equal number of bars and churches. I have counted at different times and in different cities and it almost always comes out about equal.
Pops is friendly. A few times a year they do have a band. There are some machines for gambling. And you can purchase liquor to go.

We have one store. It is a general store with most necessities and movie rentals. It does have a few odd items, like buffalo hides.
What to pay: It is a little on the high side for price - but it is just to tide us over until we can get to a bigger store.
