Of more interest, is the Coleman House and Brown County Historical Museum which is located right next to the courthouse. I enjoyed hearing stories about the locals. In addistion to some interesting displays about local history, they have nice landscaping. The museum is housed in the 1918 home of the Coleman Family. Hours are 12 PM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. Admission is free. The staff was nice and friendly.
Ainsworth is located in North Central Nebraska along US Higfhway 20 and is the county seat of Brown County. It has a population of about 2000. The county courthouse was built in 1959, and is probably worth seeing only for completists. I'm seeing how many courthouses around the country I can see and photograph.
