New Arthur County Courthouse

Arthur is near the panhandle section of Nebraska and has a population of 145 as of the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Arthur County which only has a population of 460 making it the least populace county in Nebraska. Arthur was a neat little town, though and I liked it.
