Chappell Things to Do
Chappell is a small town of under 1000 located along US Highways 30 and 385 in the southern part of the panhandle of Nebraska. Chappell appeared to be mostly an agricultural area, and is the county seat of Deuel County. The county was organized in 1889 and named after Harry Porter Deuel an early pioneer in the area.
The Deuel County Courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.Related to:
