I don't know if this is a local custom or not, but I saw this house which was basically a basement with a roof over it.

There are two ruins: hundred or more years old school and old ruined farm. They are just few miles from Guide Rock Pa-Hur. Worth to see them if you are from Europe. Between them is the greatest Indian Cementry with historical marker and if you step over the fence you see the Prerie in all their beauty. be careful - some rattle snakes are around there.
