Favorite thing: Lake McConaughy is the largest lake in the state of Nebraska. It is about 20 feet long, 4 feet wide and up to 142 feet deep at the dam. The lake offers a wide variety of water related sports and is a nice place to just relax and take a few nice pictures. Lake McConaughy is near the town of Ogallala.
Fondest memory: Dipping my tired feet in the cool clear water.
