Wines may be special to some, but at Sunset & Vines it is special to everyone. Outside patio sitting with Lake Las Vegas for the backdrop or inside with the Mediterranean decor and ambience. Several styles of food are also offered, but the tapa style servings were most delicious. The wines are plentiful as well as labels.
After a glass or two of wine and a few hors d'oeuvres, take a break and go for a stroll outside Sunset & Vines. You feel as though you have been transported to Tuscany. The surrounding shops have that old world feel but inside have the comforts of today. Return for a fine dessert wine via the walkway by the lake to have your mind and body in tune with the rythmn of the water.
Favorite Dish: Wine is the special attraction and a Ch. Trintaudon and a Reverdy Sancerre added much pleasure to the Pate de Campagne and Salmon Tartare tapas.

Fast food that is out of the ordinary and fulfilling...this is a good place to either sit down and enjoy the food outside, or take it home and kickback on the couch.
Favorite Dish: We had the Italian Sausage Sandwich (with sweet peppers), large order of French Fries and a large Coca Cola.

A littlew hole in the wall shoppping mall Chinese take out and best part they deliver. And deliver they do with a wide array of dishes to choose from China-A-go-go. They deliver in about 20 minutes and were able to locate our address (which is a bit hard to find normally) without difficulty.
Favorite Dish: I really have to say all the food was quite good. I did however truly enjoyed the Sweet and Sour pork which came dry with the sauce on the side and a not to be missed is the Mu Shu chicken replete with rice pancakes and the flavorful hoison sauce.
This is a great way to feed a large group for very little money.

The restaurant services family-style, so if you want you can share your food with your "family". Incidentally, since they don't have a poker table, we headed back to the Boulder Station in Las Vegas for gaming opportunities.
