Located in the Mardi Gras entertainment Complex right off the Las Vegas Strip in the Riveria Hotel Casino is array of 1960's era pinball machines. What is very unique about this is you can actually play on them. They are not just for looks.

Located in the front of Caesars Palace grounds, you'll find this behind Serendipity 3.

The plaque reads: The Brahma Shrine is renowned thought the far east, to people of all faiths, as a place of prayer which in turn bestows prosperity and good fortune on those who come to visit and make their hopes and wishes known. The casting ceremonies for the four-faced, eight-handed statue of the Brahma were held in Bankgkok, Thailand on November 25, 1983 and many important religious authourities and international dignitaries participated.

    The second reads:
The installation on this site of the Magnificent four-faced Brahma Shrine was made possible through the warm generous and wholehearted sponorship of Mr. & Mrs. Kamphol Vacharaphol, Mr. Yip Hon February 5, 1984 Caesars Palace.

Next to the two story waterfall located in the Palazzo is a beautiful fountain and pool, which is thru the casino at the entrance of the canal shops. They also decorate this area according to the seasons. Christmas and Spring is especially beautiful.

Moorea: The Adults-only pool at Mandalay Bay

    by Erin74 Written Jun 2, 2004

    Moorea at Mandalay Bay

Mandalay Bay's pool complex is the best in Las Vegas. You can only get in if you stay at the hotel, so it's definitely worth it to book a room here. There are several different pools located around the complex. One of the most popular is a private, adults-only pool called Moorea. Moorea is very hip and trendy. It's filled with young, beautiful people and there is a charge for admission.

The pool itself is small and rectangular (more for those who want to lounge and not actually swim). Surrounding the pool are several levels of concrete decking covered with large, wooden deck chairs. There is also a big bar area. A huge sound system blasts the latest club music. The whole area overlooks The Beach, Mandalay Bay's wave pool.

Moorea makes bikini tops optional, and there are definitely some topless women here. It's $30 for men to enter and $10 for women. You'll want to arrive right when the pool opens at 8:30am (or line up earlier) to get a lounge chair. This place is very popular.

Cameras are not allowed at Moorea and you must be 21 to enter.

My 6ft boyfriend next to a giant one-armed bandit

Inside Ballys (sort of between Ballys and Paris) there are a couple of giant one-armed bandits. They cost a dollar a time and you're bound to lose after one spin but they're great to have your photo taken next to!

As you come thru the entrance, along the walls & ceilings in the Venetian are some of the most impressive paintings. There are suppose to be replicas of paintings by four different artists—Tiepolo, Rici, Pellogrini, and Bambino of 17th an 18th centuries. I am always in awe whenever we come to the Venetian.

I am not sure if anyone has really notice this hidden fasade along the front of the Venetian Hotel & Casino. It's called the "The Bridge of Sighs". Duplicated after the real one in Venice Italy that was used to connect Doge's Palace to the Prigioni (Prisons) located on the other side and it was built in 1600.

    Earth Warriors Sculptors~The Cosmopolitan

Located on second level near the convention area or group meeting spaces are these wonderful sculptures by Sculptor Cheryl Ekstrom. They are very tall and made out of stainless steel and bronze. They are called "Earth Warriors" that represent the five Chinese Elements of earth, fire, metal, water, and wood. My family thought they are wonderful.
