If you make the trip down to Freemont Street and you're looking for the full vintage Vegas experience then you need to dine here. Located in the Four Queens Hotel and Casino, Hugo's Cellar will take you right back to the glory days of the Rat Pack. Every woman that walks in the door is greeted with a long stem red rose. The menu is traditional and probably hasn’t changed since the days Frank Sinatra called it home. Portions are generous and the food is great, you won’t be disappointed with anything you order. It’s located below the casino and has the feel of a wine cellar. If you’re dining with a group ask to be seated in one of the private rooms, with their wrought iron gates separating you from the main dining room it adds to the entire experience. It’s also perfect for an old-school romantic dinner for two away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.
Favorite Dish: Everything is good here. You can't got wrong with the extensive menu. You won't leave hungry!
This place is pure class. A real find too, which I never would have done without my local contact. Hugo's is located at the bottom of the Four Queens Hotel in downtown Las Vegas, a few blocks off the Strip. Definitely not a touristy place.
Hugo's gives each woman a red rose. A nice touch. The food is excellent; great steaks, duck prepared right at the table and the most amazing fresh salads, also prepared at the table. Its a dimly lit place with tuxedoed waiters which reflects the old school charm for which Vegas was once famous. A great off the beaten path find.

Hugo's Salad Cart
Create your own salad from our table-sized salad cart. Includes: crisp romaine leaves, fresh peeled tomato wedges, bay shrimp, chopped eggs, sliced fresh mushrooms, marinated artichoke and hearts of palm, blue cheese cubes, roasted pine nuts, croutons and grated parmesan cheese. Choice of Caesar dressing, honey-orange-walnut vinegarette or our own pepper dressing.
