Efficiently run, this buffet will seat you fairly quickly even when lines are long. The food is quite good and the selections change each day. Breakfast features egg dishes, ham, bacon, sausage, fruit and pastries. Turkey Breast and Roast Beef generally highlight the dinner menu. This eatery is located in the Excalibur Hotel Casino. It’s the king of Las Vegas buffets. Feast on a bountiful selection of entrees that are certain to please your palate. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Favorite Dish: the Roundtable Buffet features a wide assortment of culinary delights—everything from roast beef to shrimp to delectable deserts. At just $14.49 for dinner, the Roundtable Buffet is one of the most affordablebuffets in all of Las Vegas but You get what you pay for. This buffet was pretty cheap and so was the experience. The only thing I cared for was the seafood and shrimp salad and the prime rib steak. Au gratin potatoes were hard, food wasn’t hot enough. You even had to get your own drinks however the place was very clean Other than that, you are taking your chances.
Hours:
Open daily 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Breakfast - $10.99
Lunch - $12.99
Dinner - $15.99

At the Excalibur they do a 2 for 1 buffet between 2pm and 6pm.
OK the food is average but there is a huge range to choose from.
Its the best Value buffet I have eaten at, the 2 for 1 made it less than $20 for the two of us.
Like I say the food tastes average and is better than the one at the stratosphere and has a massive range of food.
The only downside is that it is very busy, you will probably have to wait in line, and once inside it feels busy, and can be hard to sit down and relax with all the hustle and bustle.
Favorite Dish: All is average.

A few friends and I came here for breakfast because we were staying at this hotel and it was relatively cheap (I wasn't paying). I found the food bland and average. I'm used to the Bellagio, Paris, Mirage, Wynn, you get the idea. So eating here was a huge disappointment. Then again this place is for feeding hordes of kids and probably safer than Circus Circus. I managed to leave with my intestines intact so I guess it's safe.
Favorite Dish: Chocolate milk, although I'm lactose intolerant

I had Sunday Brunch at the Round Table at Excalibur. The food was good, the champagne was subpar. The line was way too long. Make sure you get everything you want the first time, because believe me, you won't want to wait in line another 2 hours to go back for seconds. Plus, keep in mind that the good food is at the end of the buffet. They want you to fill your plate up with lettuce and macaroni salad so you don't have room for prime rib, and they're betting you're not going to wait in line another 2 hours, too. Dessert is pretty good, and the prime rib and seafood is good.
Favorite Dish: Shrimp cocktail

This basic buffet located in Excalibur is your typical Vegas buffet complete with self-serve refreshments. The food is average. The ambience is like a Souplantation. The best thing about it was the price ($15). Compared to the other restaurants in Excalibur, the Round Table Buffet is cheap.
Favorite Dish: The pork tamales were good. Fried chicken was good. There's a lot of buffet type food, so that's what you're going to get. A culinary experience it's not. But, it fills your belly so you can get to the good stuff - drinking and partying.

Slightly better than the Circus Circus, but that's not a lofty goal. Had breakfast here - the food was dry and bland. It's difficult to manuever in here as well - a looong buffet with railings around it. The food wasn't worth trying to figure out how to get back in line for. Avoid it unless the only other choice is down at the Circus Circus
Favorite Dish: Nothing

Sunday Champagne Brunch. On this most recent visit food was mediocre at best. Lacked flavor and variety was not near what it has been on past visits. We were there shortly after 10am and yet there was no chocolate milk in any of the 5 drink stations the kids tried. The champagne was very second rate off brand.....and served in very small plastic cups.
Favorite Dish: Didn't find one on this visit.....sorry

This is the WORST buffet I've even been to in my LIFE. You'd be better off at a hot dog stand!
The salad bar is BLAH: just lettuce and a couple of trimmings. The variety of dishes is quite limited and not very tasty.
