by machomikemd Written Oct 5, 2011

Louis Vuitton, the Most Copied Brand (and most sought after brand) in the World was Founded by Malletier Louis Vuitton in 1854, never would he realize that it would become a status symbol and a most copied brand in the world! need I need a more thorough explanation? The LVMH Conglomerate, which owns Louis Vuitton admits that the Fashion House is their most profitable. Being Sin City, Louis Vuitton has a number of shops in Las Vegas (about 5). The one I did the buying is at the Wynn Esplanade.

the shops are at the following locations:

    Las Vegas

o Louis Vuitton Las Vegas The Fashion
o Louis Vuitton Las Vegas Caesar Forum
o Louis Vuitton Neiman Marcus Las Vegas
o Louis Vuitton Saks Las Vegas
o Louis Vuitton Wynn Las Vegas

What to buy: the cheapest type of monogram canvass Bag is the speedy, which is about $ 900, the Damier type of canvass bags start at $1400, the traveller bags start at $ 2,400 and wallets start at $ 350, short wallets start at $ 250 and my favorite belts start at $ 395 to $ 600.

What to pay: maxxed out your platinum and titanium credit card!!!!!

outside inside ok they give you free coffee if you actually buy! the loot

Hotel Shops: Palazzo and Marina Bay Sands comparison

by machomikemd Written Sep 29, 2011

    2 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

this will be a comparison of the luxe shops of the Sands Corporation showpiece properties and their shopping areas, particularly the Shoppes at the Palazzo at Las Vegas and the Shoppes at the Marina Bay Sands Singapore. You would see easily why singapore with it's just 2 major casino complexes has overtaken las vegas this year as the second most profitable gambling destination in the world of which Macau is the first!

What to buy: maxxed out your platinum credit card! even your Titanium Credit Card!!!

Palazzo is 5 Stars but Marina Bay Sands is 7 Stars!

Palazzo, the cheapest suites at weekends is $ 425, In Marina Bay Sands, the cheapest Suites is $ 550 on weekdays!

What to pay: maxxed out your titanium credit card!

Marina Bay Sands Singapore The Palazzo huge shooping area of the Marina Bay Sands just two levels of shopping at Palazzo more of the huge Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands

Hotel Shops: The Shoppes at the Palazzo

by machomikemd Written Sep 29, 2011

    2 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

The Shoppes at the Palazzo is the Centerpiece luxe shopping of the Sands group in Las Vegas. It is more opulent than the Grand Canal Shoppes at the nearby The Venetian and in here, you coul maxxed out your credit card completely if you would splurge on shopping. It opened in 2008 and it rivals the Forum of Ceasar's in the number of luxe brands but it is still overshadowed by the Shoppes at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, it's 7 Star sister! (see my singapore pages).

Las Vegas is a world-destination city so as you can imagine any conceivable merchandise can be bought here. Following is a categorized list of good places to shop:

    High-End
Forum and Appian Way Shops at Caesar's Palace Hotel/Casino
Fashion Show Mall on the "Strip" in Las Vegas

    General
Many Shopping Malls and shops everywhere in the city

    Swap Meets - Flea Markets
Several locations throughout the city. Generally open Friday through Sunday. Great variety of merchandise and good prices - you can bargain on anything. Ask your hotel staff for advice and directions. Really fun!!!

    Best of Las Vegas...

    Forum Shops

by madamx Updated Nov 19, 2004

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

The stores at the Forum Shops are extremely high end -- we're talking Dolce & Gabana, Versace, and Louis Vuitton. However, they did throw in some stores for us poor folk like Express, Gap and Abercrombie and Fitch. The mall is huge at more than 160 stores and 13 restaurants.

The mall architecture is visually stunning, with numerous fountains, but I found that it seemed extremely congested, anytime of day or night. There is entertainment here as well, called "The Sinking of Atlantis" where a large fountain comes alive with automated figures. To tell you the truth, I couldn't figure out what was going on, as with the noise of the crowds plus the high ceilings, the soundtrack was just a very loud, muffled roar.

The mall is visually stunning to look at, and unless you thrive on noise and confusion, go once for a looky and shop elsewhere.

This mall is open until midnight on Saturdays.

What to buy: Very high-end clothing and jewellery, if that's what you are looking for. There are also some very good restaurants such as Chinois, Spago and Cheesecake Factory.

Everyone all going somwhere, buying something
