If you want to buy really cheap souvenirs from las vegas that don't cost that much, then hop around the Bonanza Gift Stores at the Northern End of the Strip near the Circus Circus Complex. There you will find the largest Souvenir and Gift Store in Las Vegas and they proudly claimed that they are the "World's Largest Gift Shop" and the place is really huge and occpies nearly a block and inside are huge selections of gifts and souvenir items both of the regular kind and the outreageous kinds.

    according to their website:

Bonanza Gift Shop, World's Largest Gift Shop, established in one of the historical first Las Vegas Strip shopping centers in 1980, is a virtual cornucopia of Las Vegas souveniers and gifts with a little bit of everything else thrown in. Over 40,000 square feet of shopping hysteria. The bizarre, the unusual, yes even the weird all available in one giant place.

At World's Largest Gift Shop you will find kitsch to classy. Only here can you get a dice clock to suit every decorator's motif and beautiful, handmade Native American jewelry. The aura of Vegas past abounds with pictures of the Rat Pack, T-shirts with the Fabulous Las Vegas sign and Miss Atom Bomb, as well as that old Vegas standby: the green dealer's visor. This just ain't your daddy's old t-shirt and postcard store!!

Located at Sahara and the Strip, World's Largest Gift Shop is easily accessible from the Strip and Downtown. It is open from 8:00 am to midnight (Pacific Time) seven days a week, except on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Shop in person for the best cheap thrills! The friendly staff can help you with all your Las Vegas souvenier needs. Don't be afraid to ask for something; chances are World's Largest Gift Shop has it.

Speciality Shops: Looking for Louis Vuitton Shop

by joiwatani Updated Sep 19, 2011

    2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

There are many Louis Vuitton Stores in Las Vegas but the best one is actually located at the Strip itself. It's about three stories of Louis Vuitton items!

There's also one at the Wynn's Hotel which is also good. Most of the sales representative at Wynn Hotel's LV are very courteous and very helpful.

The Aria Hotel shop has also an LV outlet.

What to buy: Depends on what you like. They have even the latest purses!

What to pay: If you like LV, then you know the prices. There's no discounts at all.

GOTTA HAVE "PRADA": CRYSTALS AT CITYCENTER, not your normal mall

by travelgourmet Updated Aug 17, 2011

    CITYCENTER on the Las Vegas
    2 more images

"Prada" said once, is enough. This world wide fashion diva of a shop is just one of the high roller stores of Las Vegas' latest ultra modern shopping center Crystals at CityCenter. You may think it is just a mall shopping complex, but the names on the shops are anything but mall fodder. There are many high end fashion stores such as Prada, Jimmy Choo, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, Roberto Cavalli and TOM FORD, to name just a few. Gourmet restaurants abound with the offerings of Mastro's Ocean Club, Beso Steakhouse, Todd English P.U.B., and Wolfgang Puck.

Prada is highlighted because I became lightheaded and light in the pocket after my wife got over her drooling and purchased a specialty bag. What is it with women and purses? High Fashion and with three floors covering 23,000 square feet of space, there will be a lot of wows, not only for the beauty and quality of the merchandise but for the price. It houses the Prada collections of bags, footwear, accessories, and ready-to-wear for both women and men. There is no charge for browsing, just no drooling over the handbags. ;-)

What to buy: There are so many fabulous designer fashion items at all of the shops to choose among, that the only thing I can say is: "Remember your Platinum Credit Card. Don't leave home without it."

What to pay: $$$$ and more $$$$!!!

Guitar heaven is a place on earth and it is definitely located in the desert of Nevada! Visit Ed Roman's guitar shop because it's the world's largest guitar store. I discovered a nice transblack Baker in 2005 and I returned one year later to buy it (Stephan, thanks for guarding it).

    Crystals~: Elegant~

Wow, what can I say other than this place is elegant. We strolled all around and was so impressed at the details. Nothing but high end stores here. Not your typical stores for the middle-class. I am sure there are plenty of folks that can afford to shop here. Maybe when I win the mega lotto....lol! Still it's a very beautiful shopping mall with some really trendy restaurants. I got a kick about the one the looks like its shaped like a hair dryer:)

    Hours of operation: Sunday - Thursday, 10 a.m. - 11 p.m.; Friday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - midnight

Restaurants in the mall: Beso, Mastro's Ocean Club,Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina, The Pods by Wolfgang Puck, Todd English P.U.B., The Cup and Social House

What is neat is guests can also access Crystals from the CityCenter Tram at either Bellagio or Monte Carlo

M&M: melts in your mouth, not in your hands

by richiecdisc Updated Sep 2, 2009

    4 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

    D loves her almond M&Ms

Where else but Vegas could you find a store that sells nothing but M&M's? It's not some little tiny corner store either, it's like a department store. Nothing but M&M's. If you have to ask what an M&M is, you are not likely to go to this store anyway but they are candied coated chocolate that ingeniously melts in your mouth, not in your hands. I personally think this marketing slogan is the only reason they really made it. We love the almond ones for hiking but not sure they deserve a store of their own, at least not of this size. It's packed though and of course, they don't just sell the candy, they sell ANYTHING that has M&M on it. You name, they sell it. Dream it, they'll make it. No, no, that's the fancy chocolate store at The Bellagio.

This is huge gifts shop with lots of different souviners to choose from. The day we were here there were lots of people looks for gifts. Some people do not like these types of store, but I think they are fun.

This was the Pioneer Club which open in April 1942, the Neon Cowboy wasn't added till 1952. Having many owners and not much success it now serves as gift shop since 1995.

Speciality Shops: Buy t-shirts that make statements

Yeah, this t-shirt if for VTers
    4 more images

As you walk the strip facing North, there are little stores that sell t-shirts. Sometimes, the written words in the t-shirt is vulgar and needed to be edited but hey, this is Las Vegas! What happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas! But, you can bring home a t-shirt...

Some are freaky, funny, meany, and sexy!

    What to buy: T-shirts

What to pay: You can bargain depending on how many you are buying. Haggling is okay with the sellers! It's bad economy right now, so they take what you offer...Not. Whatever is profitable for them...

This is definitely a great store to check out if you are into silver and turquiose jewelry. All the jewelries here are authentic and there is a certificate of authenticity that will be given to you if you buy an item...

Each jewelry is individually handcrafted and the craftmanship is very intricate, a work of art!

My daughters bought their necklaces and rings in this shop! The sales person is a Filipino lady who used to work in Saudi Arabia and has been a traveller, too!

She is very helpful and she will show you all the items that you like piece by piece without a rush!

What to buy: Most of the jewelries are piece of arts- the craftmanship is wonderful! Buy anything that you can afford. There are necklaces, rings, earrings, belts, bracelets, etc. These are made of the stones from Arizona! There are also opals, turquiose, rose quarts, etc.

They have sale items and make sure to ask them.

They also do lay-away items and they can deduct that automatically from your visa card and they will send them to you via Federal Express!

Each item thay you buy comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

What to pay: Depends on what you buy.
