  • Tip Rating:
  • Ceasars Palace the first of the big new theme hotels (I'm guessing). Impressive from the outside, but rather average inside.

  • SWIM in this great pool at Caesar's Palace. The picture was taken from my room on the top floor. A room which had just been newly renovated.

Caesar's Palace: The Forum Shops at Caesars...
  • Tip Rating:
  • The Forum Shops at Caesars (downstairs)is a beautiful place to shop or to enjoy dinner.

There is also a free show where Roman statues at the Festival Fountain come to life for a 7 minute show featuring special lighting efects. Another free show in the Great hall features an epic battle filled with fire and smoke around a 50,000 gallon aquarium.

You can also find six exciting 3-D simulator thrill rides: 2 roller coasters, spacecraft, submarine, haunted graveyard and Warren Miller's Ski Ride. These are fun, but somewhat pricy.

  • Ceasar's Magical Empire at Ceasar's Palace.
It is a great Dinner/Magic show. You dine in a chamber that holds about 24 people and are entertained by a wizard as you eat. After dinner there are two small theatres with more magic shows to see and an impressive fire show in a central area.

Caesar's Palace: Roman Grandeur and Opulence!
  • Tip Rating:
  • Nothing says Vegas better than Caesars Palace. The Romans would be proud of the beautiful rooms, heavenly pools, breathtaking shops, gourmet restaurants, world-class entertainment and one of the hippest nightclubs in town. Also, the Colosseum looks better than it has in centuries.
Caesars Palace is a hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. Caesars Palace is owned and operated by Harrah's Entertainment. Caesars is located on the west side of the Strip, between the Bellagio and the Mirage.Caesars has 3,349 rooms[1] in five towers: Augustus, Centurion, Forum, Palace, and Roman. The Forum tower features guest suites with 1,000 square feet of space.

Even Caesar would be overwhelmed by the long list of incredible dining options featuring world-renowned chefs. Bradley Ogden's eponymous eclectic restaurant is a James Beard Award winner, the laid-back Bobby Flay cooks up modern Southwest flare in his gorgeous Mesa Grill and the legendary Guy Savoy holds court in the resort's Augustus Tower. That doesn't even include the dining options in the world-famous Forum Shops. Your inner Cleopatra can shop for couture clothing, jewels, beauty products and nearly everything else under the sun before enjoying a sumptuous dinner at fabulous restaurants including Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, Sushi Roku and The Palm.

Caesars Palace's legendary casino always has been the place to be for high rollers, celebrities and everyone with some cash to spare. The nicely appointed rooms have both the classic beauty of past times and the modern technology of today. If you want to be treated like royalty, follow Caesar and Cleopatra to the Roman-style pools and get spoiled by the grape goddesses who hand out frozen grapes in the summer. Casino space is 129,000 square feet. Casino games include Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Craps, Keno, Let It Ride, Pai Gow Poker, Poker, Roulette, Slots, Baccarat, Wheel of Fortune, Megabucks and Super Megabucks.

Make sure you catch the shows at Caesar's Palace.
At Caesar's Palace, they seem to have a lot going on there all the time. (If you stop to watch the main Greek show in the middle of the hotel from the caviar bar, the show is great, but beware of the pompous, rude, bartender named Joe. He certainly shouldn't be there but gave us something to laugh about later. At the time we were a little apalled, as he stuck his hand in my purse digging around and wouldn't quit!!!(okay it's bcuz I thought they threw out the caviar 'utensils' when getting them back so I simply put it in my purse to take as a souvenir! BIG mistake:-) But how rude of him! I was embarrassed as it was and would've given it right back had he told me they keep them. He certainly didn't have to delve into my personals!!! He had a horrible attitude from the beginning, though, which really topped it off. He definitely needed to go home for some good luvin from his manfriend). Escape to Atlantis ride is GREAT. The effects are wonderful. Walk all over Caesars, there's much to do.

  • Tip Rating:
  • Visit the Forum at Caesar's Palace
Just being inside is entertaining. The celings are painted with clouds, and it periodically changes from day to night. There is a light show periodically, with animated Greek gods. Shopping abounds. The 3-D simulation ride 'The Race to Atlantis' is marginally worth the wait, impressive but only 2 minutes long. The FAO Shwartz is worth a look, adorned with a giant Trojan horse. Wolfgang Puck's restaurant, Spago, is at the Forum, too.
