Right next to the MGM there are a couple of pretty massive logo stores worth checking out. The Coca-Cola store has everything you could ask for with the Coke design. M&M World is four floors of candy and logo related shopping. Both are worth a peek, especially when you want to escape the heat.
The Coke store used to sport a really cool museum, but that is now long gone. On the second floor, there is a soda fountain where you can try different flavors of the best cola on Earth.

I am a M&M fiend. I eat them all the time, almost daily and have sense I was a child. So what does that have to do with anything, well I have always wanted to visit the store in Las Vegas, but was afraid it would be a waist or I would be let down. No Way, I finally visited this last visit in August of 2009 and loved it. It had 4 floors of stuff to look at, things you would never imagine. Most of it is clothes, collectables and M&Ms, but they have some cool stuff with the characters on them. I hate to shop but I enjoyed walk through here, and so did my wife and she hates shopping too. On the walls they have some movie type posters related to the characters and a wall going up the escalator with the M&M characters of the years. The best part is one section of tube after tube of M&m's in differnt colors. Colors you only order before, so you can mix your own bag of M&M's. Don't be shocked by the price, but it is almost $13 a pound, ouch... Everything else is very reasonably priced....

We went in both M&Ms and Coca Cola world. They are both shops.
I had heard about a Coca Cola museum and a soda fountain but I never saw it. If you like coke memorabilia then you can find everything you can imagine in the store. While we were here we did a Tastes of the world, where for $7 you get to try different drinks from around the globe (a list of those drinks is in my 'off the wall' tips. Bit different though I recommend sharing your experience because 16 cups of funny tasting soft drinks will make you feel sick!
M&Ms world is 4 floors of chocolate. All the M&Ms you can imagine. We bought some that aren't available back home in the UK (such as cherry chocolate and peanut butter). There is also a little 4D M&Ms show that you can go see (with 3D glasses).

Kids, you will definitely like going around this attraction in Las Vegas. Four floors of chocolate heaven as they call it. Very lively inside the store/museum due to its bright colours and upbeat music.
On the main floor is the store for souvenirs and customized items. The second floor features more than 20 M&M different colours and you will find candy dispenders and T-shirts here. The third floor is entirely for collectors items like the M&M's guitar and M&M's swarovski crystal and M&M's bags made of M&M's wrappers. On the fourth and final floor housed the replica of Kyle Busch's M&M's sponsored race car. You will also see M&M's characters and movie posters.
Speaking of movies, you can catch a 3-D film while you're here. Movies play from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
For more detailed information on the chocolate heaven, visit the website I provided below.

I love chocolate and I get a kick out of this place. Lots of neat things to see and sometimes they have the M&M guys wonder around greeting everyone. Kids will love the ascetics with the bright colors and candy. Although, the goods in the store is not free.
Hours of operation: Sunday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. - midnight.

If you are a chocolate lover, you have to plan a stop at M&M's World. I was not sure what to expect prior to going there, but once I entered the building I was in awe. The store is huge and it sells a lot of fun stuff. The walls will reveal a display of how the M&M’s characters evolved throughout the years. Unfortunately, the battery on my digital camera died on me just before entering the store, so I do not have pictures of the inside.
The first floor is full of fun souvenirs, from key chains to mugs and anything that you can think of.
The 2nd floor will take your breath away with the rainbow wall that features 22 different M&M's colors. On this floor they sell candy dispensers and T-Shirts.
The 3rd floor is my favorite one! They have only collector's items on this floor and the price tag can be high, but browsing does not cost a thing :) I liked the M&Ms guitar (the price tag was close to $300!) and the bags made from actual M&Ms wrappers.
The 4th floor is interesting too. They sell house decor items, bags, suitcases, etc. But the biggest attraction on this floor is by far the replica of Kyle Busch's M&M's sponsored race car!

If you have a sweet tooth or know someone who has a sweet tooth, spend some time at the M & M store. You can make your own custom mix of colors and flavors, which I thought was fun! Browse the store, there's tons of cute M&M-inspired knick-knacks & clothes.

This you got to see. This is a "four" story shop of stuff that has to do with M & M's. There are escalators between each floor or if you prefer, there is an elevator as well. There is a "tour" that you can take to see how M&M's are made, which you can find on the 3rd floor. At the end of the "tour" you will get to see a free 3-D motion show featuring those computerized M&M's that you have seen on commercials. After the end of the tour, you get a little treat. Score! What I mean by "tour" is that it is a cute prop setup. I thought the setup look very similar to Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin at Disneyland in California. The store is opening the following hours:
Sun. - Thurs. (9am - 11pm)
Fri. - Sat. (9am - 12am)
The following hours of the tour are as so:
Sun. - Thurs. (10am - 6pm)
Fri. - Sat. (10am - 8pm)
