There's a Coca-cola store at the Strip and it has a huge Coca-cola bottle in front of its building. In order to take a picture of it, you have to cross the street and get close to Monte Carlo to take a great shot of the entire Coke bottle.
The only thing we made a mistake is that it was too hot to stay out in the sun to be able to take a good picture. I just wanted to get out from the scorching sun and be done with the picture!

I love this fountain. Everything in Las Vegas is huge and I always wondered how the people move this fountain to the front of Monte Carlo. I love the fact that there are two staircases that lead to the hotel and that there is a fountain at the front of the hotel.
The weather in Las Vegas is so scorching hot that to see a fountain is glorious! Just the feel of the water is great enough!

The sculptures at the front of Monte Carlo hotel are beautiful. There are four huge one surrounding the elegant huge fountain!
I have not actually been inside the Monte Carlo Hotel except visiting the sculptures at the front of the hotel. I am not sure why. I guess, I am very lazy to open it's huge doors and then after walking passed the huge staircase, I am not motivated anymore to get inside. I just get tired walking on those staircase! Would it be nice, if they put an easier way to get in to the hotel just like what they did going to Bellagio Hotel, Excalibur Hotel, Luxor, Mandalay, M hotel, etc.

There are so many hotels to see in Las Vegas and each hotel has their own motiff! Make sure not to miss Monte Carlo! The entrance of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The fountain in front of the hotel is beautiful. It is also a unique hotel - has a distinct motiff like all other hotels on the strip!

Don't stay there. I had mold in my bathroom. The staff was not helpful, the rooms were barely average and there is so much construction around it that it is not fun. Also, the meandering river is apparently not meandering or wasn't the whole week I was there. They had little staff in the casino so getting a drink was difficult at best. I can't think of anything to recommend except that they DID have a McDonalds in it so you CAN get a fast and cheap breakfast.

Since this isn’t a review of the Monte Carlo as a hotel but rather as an “Attraction”, there’s not a whole lot to say. When it was built in 1996 it was the world seventh largest hotel, now it's not even the seventh largest in Las Vegas. The Hotel is modeled after the Place du Casino in Monaco and replicates its arches, domes, fountains, marble floors, gas-lit promenades, and Gothic glass registration area. It combines the romance of the French Riviera with the elegance of European architecture without a lot of the pomposity of some of its neighbors.
Out front you'll find lots of statuary, columns, and fountains leading to the main casino. The Casino is a 90,000-square-foot room packed with slots of all types and denominations and table games of all stripes and colors. A poker room, a keno lounge, a race and sports book, and a high-limit gaming area
Restaurants surround the main casino and include a buffet, a 24-hour café, a steakhouse, a bistro, the Monte Carlo Pub and Brewery, Dragon Noodle, and a fine French eatery. There are also various attractions, such as Award-winning illusionist Lance Burton who performs in his lavish self-named 1,200-seat theater. In the back there is a monorail station that attaches it to the Bellagio, if nothing else you get a free ride on a monorail and a chance to rest your feet.
The pool and recreation area is worth noting. They have been recently redone with new decking and improved landscaping making it even more impressive. It includes a 2,000-acre pool area, a lushly landscaped miniature water park with a 4,800-foot wave pool, a surf pond, waterfalls and a river for water tubing.

Here is the front of the Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino. I did not go into the casino itself (My feet were starting to get tired at this point). I was most impressed with the fountain in front of the hotel. It shows that this was definitely a classy place.

The Monte Carlo hotel has a luxury style lobby. Very comfortable, clean and modern rooms. And an enormous casino. I would recommend taking a few shots at gambling in this casino, it seems to be a popular hang-out for many. I happened to do some winning myself on the slot machines. Yea, like 5 bucks .. with one quarter, baby! Besides my big winning, Monte Carlo has the Lance Burton show and a few restaurants and art and Vegas logo items worth seeing.
