off course, you would do that during spring break and summer in these parts since that are the seasons most profitable on the cold atlantic ocean area and when you are here during fall, this might be close to impossible as most shops are closed unfortunately and only a few shops are open (see my pictures). But I heard from a shop owner of one of...more

there are lots of shops dotting the beach front of Hampton Beach selling a variety of goods and food and it can get full and crowded during spring break and summer months since it is just one of New England's few good beaches along the mostly rocky coastline but when on a fall stroll along Hamptom Beach like I did, it can be a ghost town.
What to buy: lots of items and food stuffs to choose and buy but sadly, on a fall jaunt, most of the shops and restaurants are closed since this is an off season (you can see it at my pictures) but there are still some shops open for business selling mostly souvenir stuff like t-shirts, key chains, beach wear, refrigerator magnets, coffee mugs, shot glasses and more.
What to pay: depends on what you will buy like the shot glasses will cost $ 3.99 average and the refrigerator magnets at $ 4.99 average and the T-Shirts at $ 13.99 a piece.
late september or early fall is definitely an off season for touristy Hampton beach such that most of the shops and restaurants here are closed but the exception will be the assorted souvenir shops which mostly are opened and even though it was a slow day for the merchants, it was a field day for tourist like me where you can browse around the souvenir shops and compare the prices of the assorted souvenir stuffs being sold and the stuffs are endless and the souvenir stuffs have many varieties so that you would be tempted to buy like me so that I bought some stuffs like the t-shirts, refrigerator magnets and shot glasses. Most of the Shops are lined along the Ocean Avenue area.

another favorite collector Item of Mine would be the shot glass of which I also collect them around the world where I go to and hence here in Hampton Beach, Buying a shot glass is a must to add up to my collection and the varieties here are endless and are mostly made of glass what else.
