Bally's is located at the center of attraction in The Boardwalk of Atlantic City and is nearby it's Sister Casino Complex of Ceasars. Bally's is one of the Original Casino Complexes that started in Atlantic City when Gambling was legalized here in 1976 and had several ownership changes and is presently owned by Ceasar's Enterntainment Group (merged from Harrahs). Having a free 2 night stay via accumulated reward points of Harrahs Reward Plus Card (gambling my sometimes be helpful hehehe) and on a revisit to Atlentic City, we chose to Stay here as the Nearby Ceasars is fully booked. Besides having the wild west casino, it also has the more upscale Claridge Casino in the Claridge Tower (which we were billeted). Bally's Atlantic City has 1,753 hotel rooms, 21 restaurants, 6 lounges, 2 indoor pools, 2 health spas, 14 shops, a 550-seat theater, 80,000 sq feet of convention and meeting space and 3 hotel towers and gambling here is a delight too.
The Bally's Wild Wild West casino has a Wild West theme off course and for me is probably the most notable of all the casinos in the atlantic city area. Upon entering from the Boardwalk, you see an animated mountain scene with waterfalls, mines and a running stream and lots of people taking pictures with it. The mountain, which rises about 20 feet in the air, is accompanied by animatronic characters, such as a “49er” panning for gold and telling stories of the Old West alongside his companion, a trusty burro. There's also a talking vulture and a rattlesnake. Above, theres a darkening sky with an approaching storm, which lights up the mountain with flashes of lightning as thunder roars throughout the room. Across from the mountain are various storefronts, all designed in an old west style. New Western scenes are also here, with even the restrooms decorated like abandoned mine shafts. Scattered throughout the casino are 17 robots that perform in 30-minute intervals with four different action scripts.
No rooms or suites (see Bally's).
~74,000 square foot casino floor.
Impression:
Bright & Clean. If Disney ever builds a casino, it will probably be like the Wild Wild West. When you enter from the Boardwalk, a gold panner and mule (animatronics) put on a show periodically through-out the hour. Their friends, other robots, also put on small shows through-out the property. The casino is done up in bright colors and feels spacious.

Bikini Beach is a stretch of sand located directly in front of the Bally's Hotel. I'm not sure if it is considered part of the hotel, but you will also find here the famous Bikini Beach Bar.
It's a nice enough beach, very clean and its where you see more people (mostly young adults) hanging out and enjoying themselves, you can also rent beach umbrellas here.
Bally's Wild Wild West is one of my favorite casinos in Atlantic City. Located on the boardwalk, the casino has a cowboy theme. The outer building appears to be an old west street surrounded by rocky canyons and cacti.
The Virginia City Buffet is located near the main gaming area and offers a large buffet complete with carving station and Chinese wok. The setup makes you feel as though you're sitting on the front porch of a western inn.
The casino's location along the boardwalk makes it easy to get to from the other hotels and on the street side, it borders the outlet mall.
You can find tables for blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, and other tables at any of the three areas of Bally's ...Bally's, Wild Wild West and Claridge Casino.
One of the major casinos in Atlantic City. I recommend a visit.
Take aslo a walk in the evening and watch all the casinos, 'cause they are spectacular with all the lights.
