like what i've said in my shopping tips, most Factory outler stores are located far away from major cities mostly in the exurbs about 20 or more miles away and the come on for people to shop at the factory outlets is the very low and discounted rates of the goods which are mostly off season or real bargains but the best deal of the Factory Outlets at THE WALK is that it is an exception to the rule wherein it is located inside a CITY (namely in Atlantic City) and is just a stone's throw away from the Boardwalk and the best deals here is that there is no sales tax on personal items like clothes or shoes or dresses. The Walk is located at the intersections of Atlantic Avenue, Arctic, Baltic, Michigan and Arkansas Avenues and it has about 100 plus shops and stores like my favorites Ralph Lauren, Adidas, Nike, Old Navy, Nautica, Tommy Hilfiger, Reebok and more!
opens: Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm
Sunday 10am-7pm
A few blocks from the Boardwalk is a stretch of outlet stores turning those square blocks into a giant shopping mall. It woud be too long to name most of the stores but it includes Old Navy, Guess, Bass, Lifeisgood and many more. Places to eat are constructed in the outlet atmosphere.
The Quarter is a 200,000 square-foot retail, dining and entertainment mall within the Tropicana casino.
Impression:
Charismatic. I always enjoy walking through The Quarter. Even though it is crowded in the evening, the people are all good natured and like you, they’re gawking at opulence of the stores, the variety of the restaurants and the energy generated by all the people walking around the mall.

A Dam Good Crab Shack & Sports Bar (shellfish), Brûlée (dessert), Carmine’s (Italian), Cuba Libre (Cuban), P.F. Chang’s China Bistro (Asian), Red Square’s (vodka bar), The Palm (surf & turf), The Sound of Philadelphia (soul fusion).
Lounges:
32 Degrees Luxe Lounge (see and be seen), Planet Rose (24-hour karaoke bar), Rí~Rá (Irish pub).
