I dont know wether its special or not but I guess if you guys in this area, so better check out this place. All the Casino's around. It's just took around 10 minute drives from Hartnett's Family Shore House that if only you not get lost on the way though.

Most Brigantiners don't bother paying any attention to the signs posted on the beach, but it is a good idea for a shoobie (that would be you) to take heed, they know when you're not from the neighborhood.

There are rock jetties and wood pilings about every 400 yards. There is no swimming around them but people seem to love catching the sealife around them.

The weather is humid but the water is cold. Polar Bear Deep Sea activities. Who has no strenght to swim deep in the sea in that 32degrees temperature, better dont do that. Afraid later you'll get nemonia or something. Thats just guessing.

Don't surf near the pilings, they could be hazardous to your health. It is fun to watch OTHERS try to surf though them however.
