Well if you are down the Jersey shore, you have got to go to the beach. This one actually is clean! The people are quite nice and on sunny days you can get a tan!

Brigantine Restaurants

  • Surf & Turf is amazing !

This is an old restaurant that was refurbished into this new place : Steak 38 . The ambiance is very old , you can tell the building has been buiilt for a while . But once you get past that and say , okay , were here to eat , and have a nice time . Then you'll be fine . I actually like the old feel to it , its dim lighting , makes for a nice...

  • PP PIZZA !

Primo Pizza, aka PP Pizza (haha), is always the one stop we dont forget to make before going home from the beach. Once slice is pretty big, a decent side, and its filly after sleeping at the beach for hours. P-I-Z-Z-A

Just a few steps off the beach, the Beach bar offers your typical bar food and great drinks. Good chicken wings, but the pizza isn't that great. Stop in when you get bored, there are pool tables and shuffle bowling, a few video games and a juke box. This is real class ! ! ! All you can eat chicken wings and Yuengling on tap! Gotta love that

I dont know wether its special or not but I guess if you guys in this area, so better check out this place. All the Casino's around. It's just took around 10 minute drives from Hartnett's Family Shore House that if only you not get lost on the way though.

Oh the Casino's in Atlantic City. You know that right!

Most Brigantiners don't bother paying any attention to the signs posted on the beach, but it is a good idea for a shoobie (that would be you) to take heed, they know when you're not from the neighborhood.

Brigantine Warnings and Dangers

by RandomLion Written Jun 9, 2003

There are rock jetties and wood pilings about every 400 yards. There is no swimming around them but people seem to love catching the sealife around them.

    Thanks for the warning !

The weather is humid but the water is cold. Polar Bear Deep Sea activities. Who has no strenght to swim deep in the sea in that 32degrees temperature, better dont do that. Afraid later you'll get nemonia or something. Thats just guessing.

Don't surf near the pilings, they could be hazardous to your health. It is fun to watch OTHERS try to surf though them however.

  • ENJOY THE SUNSET

Its getting chill went the day getting to dark. I went to have a peaceful walk around and end up sitting down at the beach sand and enjoying the fresh breeze from the sea. Waiting sun to set in a couple of minute time, I go on tripping. It was so peaceful and I love it very much. Seeing childrends running around, a group of family outing with their...

  • Watch out for this guy

Here's my brother after a long night of drinking and playing cards. We had a great time but man did his morning breath STINK. I've been coming to Brigantine for a long time -- going on 17 years now and every year I make new fun memories. It's a great place for sun lovers who don't mind a little breeze and a few green head flies.
