There is a minimum charge of $22 (The most inexpensive dinner) per diner and this restaurant is only open for dinner. It is perhaps the most exquisite low-key fine dining restaurant in Cape May. Everything has been impeccable, from food to the service, the only complaint I could have is about the other patrons! An old Georgian style mansion set on the beach, it exudes a romantic casual charm all its own in this victorian town. Every plate is delectible and unpretentious, further shown by the fact that it is BYO (So the wine mark-up isn't ridiculous). The servers are always top notch and there is usually a piano player to add ambiance.
Favorite Dish: Rack of Lamb
New Zealand Rack of Lamb brushed with garlic and Dijon, finished with a rosemary mint jus-lie, baby vegetables, Merlot mashed. $33.
The south african lobster is also a renowned dish, but I eat neither lobster or crab, which it was how it was prepared when my fiance ordered it the last time we were there.
