North Bergen Travel Guide

Boulevard East is a road that runs along the periphery of the NJ Coastline. It is elevated from the Hudson Bay by about 100-150ft.

It provides a STUNNING view of the New York City Skyline. It is absolutely beautiful here at twilight. I proposed to my fiance here as nearly there is a continuous 'park' that spans nearly the entire length of the road. Great for jogging, watching passer-by's, viewing NYC, etc. The houses in the area are very beautiful and EXPENSIVE. Great for NYC commuters who make lotsa money.

I highly recommend visiting this area. NYC is one of the best cities in the world. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to see this view every day (if I choose to!).

Little English is spoken here. They love Americans who can speak Spanish, so at least try!

Make sure to try 'avena' (Oatmeal shake), 'mora' (Raspberry (I believe) shake). Both excellent drinks. Who would have thought a milkshake that is good for you.

Their coffee is outstanding. That is one of the main reasons I go.
