This is the former Red Garter which was a fun old place that had string bands and sing-a-longs. You'd only go there once or twice a summer but it was always great fun especially after the annual sandbar party. Now, it's been converted into a bar that showcases local alternative rock bands. Always packed, always loud, always fun.

Virtually a Philly neighborhood bar right at the shore, this relative new comer is popular for no cover, a busy dancefloor and nice patio bar too.
Dress Code: It's the shore, you can wear anything that shows off your tan.

Former small no name bar that has become the place to start your night out thanks to their infamous 'Tully Nut,' a high octane cocktail named after owner Mark Tully. They really pack them in and the loud boisterous crowd is what the Jersey shore is all about. After a few Tully Nuts, you'll be singing 'Wildwood Days' too!
Dress Code: A fresh tan that says you didn't get into town that night.

If you don't like bars, head into Wildwood and check out the Boardwalk.

Another great shore bar that plays classic old dance tunes, just what you want to hear at the shore on a Friday night.

Great outdoor patio bar with live music in the afternoon and at night the overflow crowd from the packed inside oval bar and way too small dance floor.
