Fuddruckers has a bit of everything from burgers, chicken, hot dogs, fries, onion, ice cream, milkshakes, cookies and fish. They have a large fixins bar with every type of condiment, veggie and topping you could want on a burger. They also have a nice selction of sodas to choose from, especially Boylan's.

The burgers start at the 1/3 pound size and go up from there. We have found the 1/3 pound is the best size for us. I had the pound burger once and could not finish half of it.

We always stop at Fuddruckers when we are in Parsippany or passing through. We enjoy the food at this location.

Favorite Dish: Liz always gets the 1/3 cheese burger with onion frizzles and a diet birch beer. I always get a burger but go back and forth between a regular burger and a specialty burger. The onions are a favorite of mine and I love their milkshakes.

The cafe is pretty small, but for an afternoon lunch, it's well worth it. The chef is extremely friendly and will come out to say hello from time to time. All the food has a Tuscan feel to it and is very unique.

Favorite Dish: Chicken Milano! I don't know how they do it, but it's the crispiest chicken around with balsamic vinegar and salad underneath - the best of all worlds.

We are normally on a road trip when we stay in Parsippany. It's an easy drive from where we live (about an hour depending on traffic). We like to stay at the Sheraton which is a short five minute drive from the exit.

What to buy: If heading into southern New York, particularly Rockland or Westchester, you should buy your gas here. It is a solid 50 cents or more cheaper a gallon.

Friday in Tarrytown we paid $3.29 a gallon for $10 worth just to get where we were going. Friday night in Parsippany we finally filled up for $2.79 a gallon.
