My dad had a 2 days bday celebration. One of which was the lunch cruise on board spirit cruises while the other one was a buffet dinner at Golden Grill Buffet. The food was awesome. great selection of food from steak, stir fry beef and veggies, Japanese corner (sushi, sashimi, maki etc) , chinese cuisine etc. For dessert they have different kinds of pastries, ice cream and gelo. All in all the service was great

I think this is the best brunch in the area! For 19.95/person you get a selection of soups, seafood (mostly seafood), roast beef, eggs cooked to order, etc. etc! Oops, almost forgot to mention the Alaskan king crab legs! If you're in the mood to eat, this is the place.
the sweet potato bisque was yummy! Leave a Comment Theme: AmericanPrice: US$11-20 » Currency ConverterComparison: about averageDirections: Point Pleasant

Bagel Pantry by b1bob This bakery does one thing (bagels) and does it well. There may be less of a selection here than at Bagels 4U on Main Street. The Bagel Pantry mainly offers savoury flavours such as onion, garlic, and the everything bagel which is a mixture of savoury spices. Despite the lack of sweet selections, the flavour is better by far.
Onion or garlic bagels. An interesting thing: on my last day in New Jersey, I went for bagels. They filled my order and added two more free because I came from down South, a place not noted for bagel appreciation. Friendly's by b1bob Friendly's is a chain of American-style restaurants on the east coast. There used to be one in Mechanicsville, but nowadays, New Jersey has the most locations. Friendly's has an equal or greater reputation for its ice cream as it does for the main dishes it serves.
After supper, we went to Friendly's to take a spot of ice cream. Savannah had a strawberry milk shake; J.D. took a peanut butter cup sundae; and I had a forbidden chocolate ice cream cone. Iberia Restaurant & Tavern by b1bob Early on, J.D., Deb, and I were planning on taking supper here on Monday night, 29 December 2003. Later, I found out that their friends Mike and Dawn would be joining us. We were out for rodizio (for those from Roxboro, NC, that is a style of serving in which the waiters come by offering various cuts of meat). This is rather like the Ipanema Grill in Richmond and various churrascarias, but differs in three ways: 1. Rodizio isn't the only offering. There were many other choices on the menu and we saw many other patrons taking other things. 2. Iberia brings out the hot vegetables (black beans with rice, collard greens and fries) to your table whereas at other rodizios at which I've eaten before have them at a self-serve bar. 3. Iberia is a Portuguese, not a Brazilian, restaurant. Fortunately, they offered Brazilian guarana to drink. Unfortunately, they had no Brazilian coffee.
I accepted most of the meat offered. They brought out turkey, two kinds of sausage, filet mignon, roast beef, and pork ribs. I only passed on the latter two. I had lots of salad and the aforementioned hot vegetables. J.D. only had a thimbleful that day and was prepared to clean out the restaurant (and I don't mean with a mop and broom). Not to be out-eaten by J.D., I ordered dessert despite the fact that I didn't need it. I took chocolate raspberry cake. The wait staff was good and, most important of all, they kept the food (and the guarana) coming. Leave a Comment

Bagels 4 U by b1bob Conveniently located on Metuchen's Main Street, the Bagels 4U offers all manner of baked goods. There are Bagels 4 U stores all over New Jersey.
The first order of business was to get bagels for breakfast from a nearby bakery. There were more flavours of bagels than Baskin Robbins has for ice cream. I had a raspberry bagel and some coffee. Leave a Comment

Laughing Jack's by b1bob This is the first Mexican restaurant I've ever heard of that delivers. I know a few that do takeaway, but you have to turn up in person to place an order.
The 4 hard-shelled tacos were better than Mexico Restaurant, but not as good as La Casita. To be fair, they probably would have been better if I had the chance to eat them straightaway on delivery, but J.D. and I were transferring Savannah's loft bed from downstairs to up and were in a position where we couldn't eat at that moment proper. Montesini Pizza Ristorante by b1bob Montesini Pizza Ristorante is located at Larchmont Commons Shopping Centre in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. It has all kinds of pizzas on the menu as well as stromboli and other Italian favourites.
My boss and I split a pizza with pepperoni and green peppers. What really stood out is that the tomato sauce they used was fresh as opposed to the tomato paste used at national chains like Pizza Hut or regional ones like Fazzoli's. Our only complaint is that anchovies were not offered up as a topping here. I rarely get a chance to enjoy the salty fish on my pizza because many of my friends won't touch them with a 10-foot (3 m.) pole. My boss has a similar problem. The only time each of us get to enjoy anchovy pizzas is on business trips like this. The green peppers together with the fresher tomato sauce made this pizzas and the restaurant worth a stop in.
