This was once owned by my brother's buddy and called Quo Vadis. We had some crazy times there in the mid eighties, but it was closed down too many times for underage drinking and has resurfaced as the Nile with one of the more elaborate decors in town.

This was a little used dive that became 'the' hangout of Irish students working the Boards in the early 90's and continues doing so up to this day.

Let me put it to you this way- Wildwood has such a 'wild' nightlife, I wouldn't really recommend it for a family vacation. I think for families with small children it's best to make day trips to Wildwood and stay in a nearby town instead. On hot summer nites and the parties are swinging, it looks a whole lot like Mardi Gras or Daytona in Wildwood. There's a lot of noise, booze, nudity, sex, and people getting arrested. If you do want to stay in Wildwood with your family, there are some quite spots, but you need to investigate your accomodations thoroughly.
If you are a looking forward to enjoying a wild stay in Wildwood, you'll have no trouble finding fun! There's tons and tons of bars and night clubs in the city. Parties often spill out into porches and on to streets. If you are the friendly type, you'll likely end up finding your way to an impromptu party and have the night of your life!
Oh- for heaven's sakes, go topless of course!

This place is bloody brilliant! The year I was there (not sure if it still happens) but every Tuesday (I think) night, an irish rebel band called Spirit of Sixteen play there-and my God they are so good-the best rebel band ive EVER heard-The place would be buzzin! An absolutely brilliant night for the irish!
