This is pretty much a classic american meal kind of restaurant. Before you even order they start you off with fresh cornbread and rolls. You can see a lot of the local folks eating lunch or dinner after a hard days work on the farm or in the factory. Don't forget your veggies!
Favorite Dish: I always feel as though I must try the BLT wherever I go for lunch. This place really piles on the bacon. But what I really liked was the steamed squash with LOADS of melted butter. best part.......... HALF PRICE PINTS OF BEER ON WEDNESDAYS!
PEPPER'S GRILL! 500 North Main Street behind the big bank building. Tell Neal or Adam Rowe that you know the Beelte guy and they'll treat you like a king!
Nice, quaint restaurant - if you go in the summer you can sit out in the courtyard and listen to a live band on Mondays.
Favorite Dish: Their margaritas and ribs are supurb!
We only stayed one night in Roswell, so we only had one chance to try a restaurant. We ended up at Peppers Cantina, which is a small chain restaurant.
The waitress took a liking to us and gave us a free Fat Tire glass.
Favorite Dish: I had chicken au pouvoir and Don had enchiladas. You get lots of food at a resonable price.
Good, friendly service. Excellent prime rib, their speciality.
Favorite Dish: Prime Rib and the Salad Bar. One could dine well on the salad bar alone--there is a huge selection of fruit and vegetable salads, plus two kinds of soup.
They had various games playing on TV screens. The food was disappointing, some of it was burned. The service was also very slow. I would not visit here again.
