If you're tired of seeing 'made in China' stickers on everything, you really should check out Celestial Creations. They have 4 big rooms full of everything made in New Mexico. This place is like a museum there's so much original stuff. Not just art, either. Food, jewelry, great purses! And you really have to see the metal yard art made from recycled materials! Owner Celeste is obviously proud of her place, and with good reason. There must be thousands of items here from all over the state. It's the real deal, genuine New Mexico made. Oh yeah, I personally love the Two Old Goats Arthritis & Fibromyalgia lotion and the Frolicking Deer Lavendar Farms lotions, creams & bubble bath.
What to buy: Anything made in New Mexico. Soaps in the shape of the state of New Mexico, stuff with 'Truth or Consequences' on it, like spoonrests, magnets, chimes, shot glasses, postcards, ceramics, not to mention the usual T-Shirts and caps. Foods with chili in it. (Oh yeah, they spell it 'chile', for some reason.) Spaceport America stuff. Lots of stuff you can't find anywhere else in the world, let alone in town.
What to pay: From a buck to as much as you have.
This is a fun place to visit. They have all kinds of Cactus here. It is a Cactus Nursey full of plants you can buy. You will enjoy just browseing around at all the Cactus.
What to buy: The types of Cactus you see here will have you buying one.
What to pay: The Cactus Plants cost vary by size...
