old mill along Conesus Creek 2 more images

These are not huge cataracts like Niagara or even Taughannock, but they are pretty little falls that run from water through Conesus Creek. Flagstone slabs in uneven layers with rivelets dripping down and five-foot drops where small torrents cascade. Just down the road from the falls area is an old mill (now a private residence) that use to use the creek as water power.

    To get there:
to route 15 to route US20. go west on route US20 to Avon then south on route 39.
At Littleville Road, you can park on the side of the road and walk over to the falls.
