    The best means of transportation in the Brockport area is your private car. You can get to most tourist sites via route 31 or route 31A or route 260 or route 19. Route 18 and I-490 will take you to east-west areas a bit farther from Brockport.

    If you need some transportation, then you can try Brockport Taxi (585-637-2840) or Enterprise Rental (585-637-0260).

    Rochester Transit Service provides a bus from downtown Rochester to the SUNY Brockport area. The route runs from Midtown Plaza to Colonial Plaza to Elmgrove Road to Spencerport to Brockport Plaza to SUNY Brockport ( and continues on out to Clarkson).
    Price is $1.25 per route or $3 for all-day pass. They have other rates for seniors, students or longer periods of time.
