Okay, so it's not a new concept...but the Europa Cafe is owned by the Europa Bakery people, and it's just as good! All they serve is pizza. Well, they have some yummy looking antipasti as well (mozzarella and tomatoes; chicken; grilled veggies), but the focus is definitely on the pizza.
They recently opened an additional restaurant next door; I haven't been there yet, but I've heard (from born and bred Brooklyn Italians) that it's AMAZING.
There are two pages full of varieties...we had the margharita with artichokes. There is mushroom, ham, olive, ricotta, different combos...anything you want. The oven is right there, and you can watch them put it to cook.
Another lovely part is that with the after pizza cappucino, they brought some of the famous cookies they have next door. Mmmmm.
Favorite Dish:
I love artichoke, so there you go.
