    Magnolia Grandiflora

Some Brooklyn guide books recommend to visit Magnolia Grandiflora (one of two landmarked trees in all of NYC) in Spring, when it blossoms.
Be careful of the neighborhood, the only thing that "blossoms" there is FEAR.

Fun Alternatives: Instead, go to the safe and beautiful Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

People will try to see you anything and everything on the street. The best deal looks like the cds and dvds. Don't buy these. This is a big big thing at the "junction" where the 2 train ends in Brooklyn at Flatbush Avenue.

Unique Suggestions: Use your judgement when you buy stuff.
