Favorite thing: Caneadea is a picturesque town of just over 2500 in Southwest New York. The town was founded in 1808. I really thought the town was smaller but that is what the census found. Caneadea has a nice small town feel and the quaint wooden buildings forming the City Hall and the Community Store add to the nostalgic small town feel. The couple of people I talked to were nice and friendly.

The Caneadea Community Store offered general goods and semmed to be a social gathering spot for the townspeople.
