East Victor Off The Beaten Path
walk this section of the Auburn Trail
The old railroad right-of-ways in the East Victor area have been bought and refurbished into walking and biking trails. The map shows the East Victor section of the Auburn Trail which runs from East Victor Road east past Mertensia Road. There are no waypoints in the trail so bring your own refreshments. But it is well-groomed for the most part and rough-paved over all for sturdy bikes. This section is about 2 mile long.
The whole Auburn Trail exends 9 miles and includes Victor and Farmington sections.
Talk a walk; enjoy the frsh air; get some exercise and relax.

East Victor Sports & Outdoors
Got an hour in your busy vacation schedule? Then come on out to Winding Creek's nine-hole course. Just enough exercise and fresh air to relax you without too much physical stress. Par is only 31 and the total distance is under 2000 yards.
This is pretty much a wide-open course with a couple of streams for a challenge. The holes are relatively short (mostly par 3) but with the water and the large mounded greens, it plays more difficult than it looks. Bent grass greens with mixed grass (rye and bent grass) for the fairways and roughs. Have a few extra balls with you because at least one is going to get wet.
So pay the $12 and have a pleasant time.Related to:
