This little gem of a course is hidden away in the small communities between Albany and Saratoga. It is a course of open fairways and nicely maintained greens. There three sets of 9 holes you can choose to play.
The sloping fairways of this course are lined with mature trees, but not too close to the line of sight to be a bother. The panoramic view from some of the elevated tees and greens is great.
There are plenty of water hazards to test your ball control and the bunkers and sand traps will require a wedge shot.
The course can be played in as short as 5800 yards and as long as 6700 yards, depending on hole selections and tee positions. Give yourself a good 3 hours of time here.
The facilities include a full-service restaurant, lounge, snack bar, dining room, and golf shop.
The driving range cost about $6 a bucket of balls. You can even schedule some individual lessons to correct a poor part of your game for only $35 per hour.
$35 gets you a cart and 18-holes. Unless you are in really good physical condition, a cart is recommended. You best call ahead for tee times. Tee times can be made 72 hours in advance by calling the phone number below. A valid credit card may be required to hold your tee time.
