 | Greece Flights and Airline Tips | Tips 1 - 4 of 4 | | The Rochester Genesee Regional Transit Authority has a few public transportation routes that finger out into the Greece area. In the attached map (see the website for better detail) the red and green and yellow and blue lines are the only places where the public transportation travels. Most of the routes are east-west travel that takes you between Rochester and Greece with many local stops along the way. Part of the red and blue routes have north-south stops that allow you to connect between the other routes by means of a transfer. The website for RGRTA is very good at telling you everything you need to know about using the transit system. Important facts are: exact change only or buy a bus pass; routes are tightly scheduled and maintain that schedule except in inclement weather; some buses (but not all) are equiped to allow handicap access and bike transport . (The LiftLine company in Rochester has great handicap facilities). Theme: BusWebsite: http://www.rgrta.com/PDF/SystemMap.pdf

On vacation and you didn't bring your golf clubs and you have an hour or so to kill? On vacation with older kids and you'd like to have an easy golf experience for them? Never played the game before and would like to take a quick lesson while on vacation? Then visit Latta Lea 3-Par Golf Club. For $10 a person you can play 9 holes with rented clubs and balls or for $30 you can get a one-hour lesson in the use of the clubs and some practice holes. All the holes on the course are 320 yards or less. The fairways are a bit tight and two holes have real water hazards. Other than those holes though, the course is generally considered easy even for duffers like myself. FORE! Address: 435 Latta RoadWebsite: http://www.lattalea.com/
