Hudson Falls is a village of about 7000 located in East Central New York near the border with Vermont. It is not far south of the Adirondacks. Hudson Falls was the county seat of Washington County until 1994 when the county seat moved to Fort Edward. The old courthouse is still here, and was undergoing restoration when I visited. Looked nice!
