Come-as-you-are whoever you are. Eclectic customer base, everyone looking for a tasty, fast, freshly-made meal.

You step up to the counter and place your order; they yell it to the chef (about 5 feet away) who has six hands making as many meals simulataneously. And by the time they ring up the cost and you get your wallet out, the helpers are putting your food on the tray.

You go to the booths or the tables inside or to the picnic sets outside. You enjoy a hot, somewhat greasy steak or hamburger or italian-sausage sandwich.
