You can get to Jamestown in many ways. Most people arrive by car. There is no longer train service. Chautauqua County Airport is 2-3 miles North of the City. USAIR Express has several flights in and out from Pittsburg each day. The airport crew does a great job keeping the Airport open in the snow we get during the winter. The airport Restraunt has new owners. I ate there a couple monthe ago and enjoyed the books you can look at on Airplanes they had at the counter.You can get a Taxi to town but I dont trust the cab companies. They are always having problems with bad cars, being shut down. Drivers with no Licences but some might be OK.

Jamestown(Chautauqua County) Airport just a couple Miles North Of the City. I am learning to animate. Here is My latest. Not Great but Im starting to get the basic Idea of animation.If the picture don't animate try clicking on it. Thanks.

you can fly into the Jamestown Chautauqua Airport.
THEY GOT RID OF THE CITY BUS SYSTEM....the leadership of Jamestown sucks, and that is why the city is going down hill. Does this make sense....people are leaving, so raise taxes, and cancel services, and people will stay.

I pass Jamestown on my way from Louisville, KY to Hammondsport. There's not much here, but it's a nice area, scenic!
You need your own transport here.
