The Mayville-Hartfield Area has alot of Amish People. Its fun to see their Horse and Buggy parked at Lake County in Hartfield. Its a Gas Station store. This is an Amish Checking out the Demolishion on The Ice Castle. I wondered if they wanted some of the large chunks of ice. The Amish and everyone Else get along with each other.more
Ice Castle. Its around the weekend of Valentines day.We were there yesterday and today, Feb. 17, 2001. This is built, weather permitting each year. This year there was a thaw and bad wind storm after they started building the Castle. They were able to finish it and it turned out GREAT! Warm weather upto today.
