Baseball in the Yankee Stadium in Bronx

You do not know what baseball is, it doesnt matter. This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains, but you have to see a Baseball Game live in the Yankee Stadium after all.
Just over the bridge from Manhattan is the Yankee Stadium, home to Major League Baseball giants the New York Yankees. The first game - against the Boston Red Sox - was played in the Yankee Stadium in 1923. Visit the famous stadium and take a one-hour tour which includes visits to the field, dugout, press box, clubhouse and historic Monument Park.
In Europe the baseball still counts as an exoticism. Rather difficult to write about it, since a layman does not really understand anything from it. An average european man got used to the soccer, turn the page immediately when he notices the baseball inscription. So do I.
However, during his visit to North America Pope John Paul II also made Yankee Stadium a stop on his tour of the United States. The visit is even then interesting, if the game itself is boring for you and cannot be understood. You will enjoy the fantastic atmosphere and the building of the famous stadium.
I think, baseball also belongs to the American way of Life.

    Attend a base ball game

Attend a base ball game is astounding for European people.
The base ball, first. The game is frequently interrupted. We use to see longer phases of game.
The public, 2nd. The stadium is a restaurant, everybody eats (hamburgers, sausages, pop corn, ice cream) and looses some parts of the match going in the corridor to buy some food. When the public of the tiers applauds, the persons waiting in front of the small shops of the stadium clap their hands too without seeing the game and who leads the action.
Seeing everybody eating around us in the stadium, we were hungry and when we went to buy something to eat all the food had been sold.
An advice, in USA do American.
