Henri Bendel is a many floor store, full of all designer cloths, make-up, perfume, luggage, anything you want. The building is beautiful and elegant and makes you want to spend all of your money.
What to buy:
These items come at a coast but they have beautiful jewelry, especially earrings. Also they have a large selection of designers sunglasses and handbags!
What to pay:
Definatly a lot of money. About $55-$100 at the least.
This department store was I have to say my favourite. Those little brown and gold striped bags just scream luxury and class!
I loved this shop it was like an aladdins cave for girlie girls - from the cosmetics to the hair accessories I felt like I was in heaven! It was small enough not to be overwhelming and sold some unusual (if pricy) things.
Packaging in this store is amazing - displays are opulant and when you actually buy something those little brown and gold striped bags with something inside are the icing on the cake!
What to buy:
cosmetics, hair accessories, small girlie gifts, perfumes, wonderful little treats!
What to pay:
it was quite pricy in here for somethings - ok certain cosmetic lines will be the same everywhere but some things (such as hair accessories) were on the expensive side...but it is free to window shop!!!
This is a very upscale, very expensive store. If you are into fashion at all, this is one of a few department stores where you must make a stop, if only to look. It's very pricey, so look is all some of us can do. But it is still a pleasure.
