Lot of excellent shows no matter the time of your visit - Phantom of the Opera, All shook up, Mamma mia etc. And great actors too - Alfredo Molina, Brooke Shields and many others.

Even if shows aren't your thing, it's really a part of the NY experience. Try to catch a show when here, you can get last minute tickets at the TKTS booth, or get them in advance. It's worth it!

We went to see The Phantom of the Opera at Broadway and the show was fantastic!

We bought the tickets at TKTS at Times Square with 50% discount.
    Payed $ 50 for $ 100 tickets!

    Cabaret at Studio 54

I saw "Cabaret." Really, I wanted to go because Doogie Howser was in it along with Deborah Gibson but it is in Studio 54, the legendary disco.

The Theater district has some of the best live performances in the world, and going to the theater is a treat! We made a return visit to Les Miserables - my husband's all-time favorite show.

Think David Letterman or Jay Leno, but live on stage. This is a hilarious mixture of comedy and variety.

At Broadway there are many different shows to see and it is worth watching it. I would suggest The phanton of the opera and if you still have your child side on you go see Beauty and the beast.
