(This restaurant is physically in Point Breeze but carries a Kent address)

Cottage atmosphere for casual dining. Large bay windows that overlook the Oak Orchard River where it leads into Lake Ontario. Friendly service from hometown waitresses.
And they serve good food, hot and quickly.

Clam Chowder, Onion Rings, Cheese burger or Chicken Wrap and some Carrot Cake. All for under $20 per person. If you really want to splurge and go all the way to $25, you could get a juicy steak or some prime rib or chicken cordon bleu.

The place is easy to find and the scenery is pretty out over the lake.

Public transportation does not exist in this rural area.
You can get a Greyhound Bus at the Albion terminal (585-589-5535) or hire a bus or van from Ridge Road Express in Albion (585-589-4580).

There are no limousine services within 20 miles of Point Breeze. You would have to go all the way to Byron or Batavia for that option. (LL Limo in Byron... 585-548-9918 and Mancuso Limo in Batavia... 585-343-1975).

Taxis can be called in from Brockport (Brockport Taxi... 585-637-2840) and from Medina (Callara Taxi... 585-798-2500).

If you want to rent a car then Enterprise Rental (585-589-6471) is available in Albion and they will come pick you up.

Driving around Point Breeze in your own car or a rental is very easy because there are so few roads. You basically have route 98 for north-south travel and the Lake Ontario Parkway and route 18 for east-west travel. There are only about 6 local roads right in Point Breeze.

The crime statistics for Point Breeze barely get off the bottom of the risk chart. That puts the town in the "extremely low risk" category and among the top 10% of safe places to visit in New York State. There are no sex offenders registered in the area.

If you use the same precautions you would use at home while you are on vacation here, then you should be as safe as youwould be at home.
