The River Walk begins by Ebb Tide Restaurant and extends down past Costco. The River Walk has some nice benches and shaded areas to sit back and enjoy the view. We often find ourselves sitting on a bench after a delicious seafood meal at Ebb Tide or some BBQ from Q.
We love coming to this theatre to see movies. We have seen so many movies at this theatre. The theatre is relatively new and has plenty of seating in their auditoriums. The theatre is very clean and relatively quiet during the day. At night you get the usual "element" of teenagers but nothing out of control. It's our choice of movie theatre in Westchester since it doesn't attract a wild and rowdy crowd (yet anyway). The theatre is very convienient just within walking distance from our house. There is even a couple of nice restuarant options within walking distance to grab a pre or post movie meal such a : Q, Asian Fusion, Los Gemelos, Ebb Tide or even Wild Wings.
We often come for a Saturday or Sunday matinee which is only $6.
Lyon Park is one of the many parks in Port Chester. The park is quite large and contains: 2 baseball fields, playground, picnic area, Gazebo and gardens. In the summer there are concert series held on Friday nights. In the Fall there is the Halloween Parade and in December there is Santa in the Park.
The park is a nice place to have an afternoon or evening stroll. It's located in a quiet residential area so there are always kids playing and people out walking their dogs.
