Pollo Rico Peruvian Food, Queens

Having visited Peru, I am a fan of their food and so it was a surprise to me when our friend had a Peruvian restaurant offering yummy food near her in Queens! Amazing! So, I did not waste my time and had food there on our very first day.

As always, Peruvian chicken did not fail to please. The rotisserie chicken is yummy and very flavourful and you can have half or full – of course I got the full big hunka chicken, hehehe…But our friend also suggested the Seafood combo and it was great as well. I do love the sweet potato that came with it. They also had a good onion rich salad – just how I like it. The good thing about this is that the prices are also very reasonable.

The place is of moderate size and located at the corner of the road – very close to the subway at 111th (J train). There are several tables inside covered with white linen and the place is clean and the service great.

Favorite Dish: any chicken...and the potatoes...
