This is a restaurant which caters to the locals and the food here is fantastic (and quite cheap)!! The restaurant gets super crowded especially on weekends, so plan accordingly.
The restaurant itself has a pretty large dinning area with booths and sections where you can have large parties. The biggest draw is the inexpensive meal choices (a pasta dish is about $7.95).
They have a large selection of your typical italian dishes and the best part about this restaurant is that you pick your pasta and your choice of sauce. (Unlike other restaurants where you have to choose the dish exactly how it appears on the menu), so, if you want ziti with a red sauce or white, its your choice. One thing that I find surprising though is that although they cater to "families", they do not have a kid's menu. They do have a nice seletion of "finger" foods which most people order for the kids.
They also have a nice selection of pizzas and hot or cold hero sandwiches. One thing I really like is the large pitcher of water with the usual apples and oranges in it. They also put out a nice bread basket with warm breads and breadsticks.
Another good deal here is their excellent pitcher of Sangria, quite yummy!!
If you find yourself in this area, I would definitely recommend this place for its good tasting food at a very reasonable price.
Favorite Dish: I've eaten here many times and I particularly like the hot antipasta, the mozzerlla sticks, crab cakes, fried calamari, eggplant rolotini and their pasta fagioli and minestrone soup.
For a meal I will usually order the lobster ravioli, yum (and at $13.95, a bargain)!!
