This is a mens clothing store where they have good enough suits for the day to day. I will usually wait until they have a sale to pick another one up but to me it is their traveler shirts and ties that are the highlight here.

The Out of Towners Invade

The Out of Towners Invade, Rye

cjg1 Says:  In the Sumer months the town of Rye and the beaches in particular are invaded with out of towners arriving by bus, train and car. Playland park, Rye Park, Rye Beach, Oakland Beach and the pools become jammed with masses of bodies. The crowds can be quite ridiculous cramming...

Obey The Speed Limit

Obey The Speed Limit, Rye

cjg1 Says:  Trust me, when you are in Rye you need to obey the speed limit. The Rye cops just love to pull people over for the slightest infraction even if it's just one mile over the speed limit. Do yourself a favor and watch for the speed limit signs and keep it slow when in this...

Hooray Spring is coming!

Our most recent walk through Rye Town Park yielding a first sighting that Spring was almost here. We spied two bright yellow daffodils growing by some rocks in the park. Watching the winter fade away and evidence of Spring begining to bloom always makes me happy.

Liz and I enjoying a beautiful Autumnl walk

Favorite thing: In the Fall when the sumer crowds are long gone.the beach is ours again. Liz and I are able to walk over to the beach and enjoy a nice stroll along the boardwalk, park or beach. The crisp fall air in our lungs is refreshing during our walks. Watching the leaves change in the park from green to gold, orange, red and brown is a reason why we love the Autumn.
